Meet the makers

Charissa

Charissa is a warm, delightful, fun, and loving person. Besides being the # 1 Aunt to her nieces and nephew, she loves to be around and interact with people. She will join in with whatever activities they are doing. If these activities happen to include bowling, basketball, dance, swimming, and driving boats all the better. In her spare time, she listens to hip-hop and loves to watch movies such as Descendants, Harry Potter, and Spiderman. One more other thing about Charissa, she has an infectious laugh and once you hear it you will want to laugh along with her.

Shane

Shane loves to play video games, read Marvel comic books, and bike ride. He is a geography, math, and history expert. Shane can locate all fifty states on the map. Shane loves colors and is excited to make all kinds of different bracelets.

Laura

Laura is a serious music buff who loves everything from Queen to Ke$ha. Not only does she love to listen to music, she is also a rockstar in her own right on both the guitar and the drums. Honored with the superlative of "class clown" back in school, Laura's light hearted nature makes for an amazing addition to the Spotlight team.

Jackie

Jackie loves her movies; The Wizard of Oz, Grease, Step Up, and Hairspray being a few of her favorites. If you couldn't tell by her top movie selections, she's also a music lover! Her favorite artist? None other than Britney Spears. Jackie has a strong work ethic and puts a ton of TLC into each bracelet she makes.

Christine

Christine is a busy bee - always finding ways to participate in activities with her family and community. She volunteers at her neighborhood community center, partakes in water aerobics classes, and never ends the day without 10k steps on her Fitbit! When she has downtime, she watches General Hospital, American Idol and re-runs of The Golden Girls. She also loves to bake cookies and treats, and will order anything on the restaurant menu with pasta and shrimp. Christine is very proud of the bracelets she makes and treats each as an expression of her artistry and creativity.

Natalie

Natalie has a passion for learning and is intent on furthering her education. Currently she is studying to get her diploma. Her drive to succeed makes her a perfectionist when it comes to bracelet making.

Roxanne

Roxanne is a romantic. She loves talking about her boyfriend, who she knows is “the one”. She also has an appreciation for accessorizing and wants to make our customers look beautiful in the bracelets she hand-makes.

Jeri

Jeri loves cooking! She is well known for her barbeque chicken and peach cobbler. She also loves playing cards and shooting pool with friends. Jeri is always quick with a joke and keeps team morale high.

Chris

Chris is a big fan of all sports, especially football and baseball. He is also a “foodie”, who prefers Italian over all else (but a well-cooked Thanksgiving dinner takes a close second). Chris loves hearing that people all over the country are wearing the bracelets he handmade.

Courtney

Courtney spends her free time writing. She even has a pen-pal, who she writes letters to. She loves being a part of the team and working alongside her friends.

Linda

Linda appreciates a good game show on television. Two of her favorites are “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy”. When a team member needs help tying a bracelet, Linda is there with a helping hand.
